The Challenge
The client needed 48 residential units operational before the onset of winter, with a fixed budget and a site that couldn't accommodate months of on-site trades. Traditional construction timelines were simply incompatible with the project's financial model.
Our Solution
We manufactured all 48 modules simultaneously in our Montréal factory while site preparation and foundation work proceeded in parallel. Modules arrived at the site fully finished — flooring, cabinetry, fixtures — and were craned into position over 11 days. Final utility connections and inspections were completed in 3 weeks.
