From a Montréal workshop to Canada's leading modular builder
PluginConstruction was founded in 2009 by a team of architects and engineers who were frustrated by the inefficiency, cost overruns, and quality inconsistency of traditional construction.
Starting with a single modular home project in Laval, we've grown to complete over 500 projects across every Canadian province — from luxury residences to government housing, hospitals, and commercial campuses.
Today, our 80,000 sq ft Montréal manufacturing facility produces modules for projects across the country, and our team of 200+ professionals brings unmatched expertise to every engagement.

Before becoming PluginConstruction, our company operated under the PICS brand — a name that still represents the same founding team, values, and commitment to quality that define us today.
