From a Montréal workshop to Canada's leading modular builder
PluginConstructions was founded in 2006 by a team of architects and engineers who were frustrated by the inefficiency, cost overruns, and quality inconsistency of traditional construction.
Starting with a single modular home project in Laval, we've grown to complete over 500 projects across every Canadian province — from luxury residences to government housing, hospitals, and commercial campuses.
Today, our 80,000 sq ft Montréal manufacturing facility produces modules for projects across the country, and our team of 200+ professionals brings unmatched expertise to every engagement.

Before becoming PluginConstructions, our company operated under the PICS brand — a name that still represents the same founding team, values, and commitment to quality that define us today.

Architect turned entrepreneur. Marc-André founded PluginConstructions after 10 years in traditional construction and a deep conviction that the industry needed to change.
Sophie Tremblay
Chief Operations Officer
With 15 years in large-scale manufacturing, Sophie oversees our Montréal factory operations and ensures every module meets our exacting quality standards.
David Kim
Chief Engineer
David leads our structural and MEP engineering teams, bringing experience from projects on 3 continents and a passion for innovative building systems.
