Six premium lakeside retreat cabins at Mont-Tremblant, each featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing, polished concrete floors, and wraparound decks with direct lake views. The remote site required all modules to be transported via logging roads and assembled with minimal environmental impact.
The Challenge
The client wanted luxury resort-quality cabins on a pristine lakeside property with no road access suitable for conventional construction equipment. The site's environmental sensitivity meant minimizing ground disturbance was critical. High-end finishes had to be achieved without the usual on-site trades.
Our Solution
We factory-finished every element to luxury resort standards — custom millwork, heated polished concrete, bespoke tile — before transport. Modules were moved over logging roads on specialized low-loaders and assembled using a compact tracked crane to minimize site impact. The entire assembly took 9 days with a crew of 12.
