A three-building tech office campus in Laval for a fast-growing technology company. Totalling 12,000 sq ft across open-plan floors, collaboration lounges, and rooftop terraces, the campus was fully assembled in 8 weeks — allowing the client to accommodate 200 employees on a compressed growth schedule.
The Challenge
A rapidly expanding tech firm needed to triple its office footprint within 4 months to meet hiring targets. Leasing conventional space wasn't viable — they needed a permanent campus that reflected their brand. Traditional construction of 3 buildings would have taken 14–18 months.
Our Solution
We designed a modular campus system with three connected buildings sharing mechanical and electrical infrastructure. All modules were produced concurrently over 12 weeks in our factory while the Laval site was serviced and foundations were poured. The 8-week assembly sequence was phased so the first building was operational while the other two were being assembled.

Project Highlights
Three interconnected buildings with shared mechanical infrastructure
Open-plan floors with exposed timber and polished concrete
Rooftop terraces with integrated planters and pergolas
Smart building controls pre-wired at the factory
EV charging stations and bike storage integrated into site plan
Designed for future modular expansion as the company grows
